Payment Policy : 70% advance (including Tax) along with Confirmed Purchase Order,30% before delivery OR 100% advance along with Confirmed Purchase Order as applicable.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation request will be accepted / entertained once the order is confirmed.

Refund Policy: No claim for Refund of the advance received will be accepted / entertained once the order is confirmed.

Sales Return Policy : Equipment once delivered and installed will not be accepted back.

Shipping Policy: 120 days if not in stock, 15 days if in stock, from the date of receipt of Confirmed PO & Advance Payment.

• Delivery date may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as Customs delay, Transit/Transportation delay or due to any other calamities.
• We can not guarantee the delivery in case the payment is not received as per agreed terms.
• Installation Charges: 5% of the Invoice Value, Waived Off as a special gesture for this Project.
• For Installation –Travelling/Lodging/Boarding of the Technical team have to be borne by the Client.
• For Breakdown calls & Periodic Maintenance-Travelling/Lodging/Boarding of the Technical team have to be borne by the Client.

Terms & Condition:

• GST: Inclusive, Any other local levies will be extra as applicable.
• Customs / Import Duty / Other Taxes : Any increase / decrease in the Import Duty / GST / Local Taxes, after placing the Purchase Order, will be charged extra at the time of supply of the goods.
• Interest will be charged on delayed payments @21% p.a.
• TDS: Not applicable as there is no service billing involved in this Order.
• TCS: As per section 206C (1H) of Income Tax Act, TCS, as applicable, would be collected from the Customer at the rate applicable for the effected Financial Year. Currently the billing amount Fifty Lakh or above TCS 0.1% will be collected.
• Transport Charges: will be applicable at actuals.
• Unloading at site to be arranged by the customer.
• Mathadi / Varai / Labour Union charges if any will be in Customer’s Scope.
• Warranties: 1yr comprehensive warranty incl. spare parts & labour only on equipment (Except Accessories, Upholstery Plastic, Cables, Rubber (Wear and Tear Parts) are not included).
• Stabilizer – Kindly note that a 5KVA Stabilizer (as applicable 3/5 KVA) is strongly recommended for the AC motor of Treadmill to avoid any damage to the machine
• due to voltage fluctuation. In absence of stabilizer any kind of motor damage will not be covered under warranty.
• Kindly provide your GST Registration details along with your Purchase Order.If not provided, the customer will be considered as URD (Un-registered Dealer) and no GST benefit can be availed by such customers. Also, once the Invoice is made and E-Way Bill is generated no amendments in such Invoices are possible. Kindly issue your Purchase Order in the following address only:
